General Shipping Policy
EDLampsDirect.com will ship via ground shipping service to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States for a flat shipping charge of $9.95 for orders under $99. Upgraded shipping services are available on all shipments above and below $99 such as (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.) these upgraded services are available at costs paid by customer. Costs associated with an upgrade are based on the actual cost of the upgraded service. EDLampsDirect.com may select an alternative shipper depending on the size and weight of your item. Actual shipping and handling charges will apply to all orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. Territories).
If you order by 12 p.m. Eastern Standard time, the in-stock items will be shipped on the same day (Monday through Friday). Shipping and handling charges, along with any charged freight, are non-refundable in occurrences where EDLighitngDirect.com has made no error in merchandising or shipping.

Out-of-Stock Items and Back Orders
In the event only some products are in stock at the time the order is placed, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately. The backordered items will then ship via ground shipping service when stock is replenished at no additional charge.
Shipments to Canada
Orders shipping to Canada will incur shipping charges based on the order weight at the time of sale.The customer is responsible for payment of taxes, duties, tariffs and any other charges levied by government agencies. Payments must be made in full using a credit card or wire/ACH/bank transfer at the time of shipment.Linear fluorescent lamps ship in case quantity only. The minimum amount for orders outside the 50 United States and Canada is $300.00 USD. EDLampsDirect.com will ship via DHL, UPS, and FedEx or through a U.S. freight forwarder of the customer's choosing at customer cost. Title and risk of loss of the products pass to the customer upon delivery at the freight forwarder. The customer is also responsible for payment of taxes, duties, tariffs and any other charges levied by government agencies. Payments must be made in full using a credit card or bank transfer at the time of shipment.

But don’t worry, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, received an incorrect item or the product has been damaged during shipment, simply return it and we’ll make sure you get exactly what you need. Return and Restocking Policy
EDLampsDirect.com stands behind its products and will issue a refund, replacement or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 14 days of receipt of product. A restocking charge of 20% will apply to all items returned where EDLampDirect.com has made no error in merchandizing or shipping. Refunds will be made by original method of payment. All returns must arrive in the original packaging and all freight charges for the return of goods are to be paid by the customer.
There are exceptions to our return policy including, but not limited to, linear fluorescent bulbs 49" or longer in length, specially ordered products, orders outside the continental U.S. and shipments delivered via common carrier. Call 1 (855) 491-3377 to obtain a Returned Material Authorization before returning any product. EDLampsDirect.com may at any time limit the number of delivery attempts based on unfavorable delivery history resulting from, but not limited to, damage, loss or theft. Any products returned without a Return Material Authorization will be charged a 50% restocking charge. All Return Material Authorization numbers will be emailed to the customer and will include the restocking charge.
Incorrect and Damaged Shipments
EDLampsDirect.com will, at our discretion, replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items as well as any applicable shipping costs if we made an error shipping your order or it was damaged in shipment. Please note any obvious damage, shortage, or incorrectly shipped item while applying your signature at the time of delivery and make all claims for replacement or credit within 14 days of delivery

For damaged orders, keep the original box and all packaging materials for possible inspection by the carrier and/or return to EDLampsDirect.com.
